Re: Protest Letter
Justin Crabbe TDCJ ID: 01451318

Dear Honorable Parole Board Members:

As a concerned citizen, please consider this as an official request to NOT grant parole to murderer Justin Crabbe. Crabbe made a choice to impose a life sentence on February 15, 2006,on Jennifer Ann Crecente.I am emphatically protesting any form of parole release and asking the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole to deny parole to this offender.

During this parole review process, please do not forget the victim Jennifer Ann, an 18-year-old high school honor student who was going to graduate in 3 months. You have the records of his confession of how he shot and murdered Jennifer then left her to die in a wooded area. Remember upon his parole review visualize how Jennifer's life was taken by the hands of Crabbe and how it has had a lasting lifetime impact with her family. Grief has no timetable, especially when it is your child.

On August 1, 2007, Crabbe pled guilty to murdering Jennifer and the state of Texas sentenced Crabbe to 35 years in prison. Due to the violent nature of the crime,JUSTICE demands that Crabbe spend his entire sentence behind bars. The Parole Board has an obligation to facilitate public safety by keeping violent criminals off the streets. To lessen the emotional trauma this continues to be on Jennifer's family, please consider the maximum 5-year set off before any future parole reviews.Thank you for your consideration.

Respectfully,
